The first of June marks the beginning of hurricane season in North Carolina.  The National Weather Service in Raleigh has compiled an online presentation highlighting the 2011 hurricane outlook.  The 20 minute presentation discusses past hurricane seasons, the ingredients for an active season and provides resources to assist folks in preparing.
