Step 2:  Enter the email address associated with your account.  Click "Submit". :

Step 3:  You should receive an email to the account you entered above that looks similar to the below example.  The "token" you will need for verification is within this email.  I have highlighted it in the image below. Highlight this "token" text, then right click this highlighted text and choose the "Copy" option. This is much easier than typing it in the next step manually, but you certainly may do that as well.:  (If you did not get an email, please check the SPAM or Junk Mail folders in your email)

Step 4:  Now enter the username associated with the account in the "Username:" area.  Then right click in the "Token:" area and choose the "Paste" option.  This should place the text that you copied in the previous step into the "Token:" box.  Click "Submit". : (Example - TJefferson or JQAdams)

Step 5:  Now you are ready to enter your new password.  Make sure to enter it exactly the same in both boxes shown below.  Click "Submit". :

You are done!  You should now see the login screen similar to step 1.  Login with your username and the new password you just chose.
