Alcoholic Beverage Control Board

Operates in accordance with North Carolina General Statutes.
The ABC Board meets monthly on the fourth Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. in the Board Room of the ABC Office.
The ABC Board is responsible for the operation of the ABC System in Moore County.
ABC Stores are located in Carthage, Pinehurst, Aberdeen and Southern Pines (2).
The Board of County Commissioners appoints five (5) members and Chair to serve three (3) year terms.
