Animal Cruelty Officer

The Moore County Board of Commissioners appointed the following citizen to serve in the capacity of Animal Cruelty Officer to assist the Health Department and the Animal Wardens in investigating potential and/or actual cases of animal cruelty.

The Animal Cruelty Officer shall serve without compensation for an appointment term of one year and will hold meeting as necessary. Any and all official activities of the Animal Cruelty Officer shall be coordinated and documented by the Health Department.  General Statutes pertain to this office.

NOTE: Oath of Office is required.
