Adoption Application

 
The Animal Center of Moore County welcomes you, and thanks you for choosing to adopt a pet from our Animal Center. Our goal is to place our animals in responsible, happy, permanent homes. We are interested in your satisfaction and the health and welfare of our animals. In order to meet these needs, we ask that you fill out this application to initiate the adoption process. The application must be approved by the Director of Animal Operations or his designee, and the adoption fee paid in full before the adoption can be finalized.

I understand that being a responsible pet owner means not only providing a loving healthy environment for the animal, but also means being financially able to care for animals during its lifetime, including unexpected illnesses and injuries. I am willing and able to do this.

This application is considered to be property of the Animal Center of Moore County and, once executed, may not be removed from the premises.
